Bring the kids for supervised play by the museum playologist, relax, and enjoy a few hours of tapping into your creative side as you enjoy a guided painting session with Art by Abby. Light refreshments are included. Pre-registration required. The registration end date is April 30th.

This camp is designed for children ages 4 to 6. All of our science, art, and physical activity will be appropriate for children of this age. Our theme will be "Summer.”

This camp will provide opportunities for creating visual art in addition to music and performance art. We will touch on famous artists and the styles of art that they perfected.

This camp will focus on different aspects of science and engineering, including but not limited to robots, building, and chemistry. We will also create art inspired by science and get the campers moving with games and playtime.

Sports camp! This week, we will explore different sports and learn how to fuel our bodies in a healthy way. This will include learning the rules of organized sports and outdoor play, coupled with physical activities focused on science and nutrition.

Let's talk about the zones of the ocean, marine life, the ocean floor, and the climate. This week will be filled with science, art, and games to help us understand all five of the world’s oceans.

This camp will be focused on the culture and beauty found up and down Bayou Lafourche. We will explore Cajun music, food, and all of the natural resources that keep our communities thriving. We will go back in time to discover how things were done for our early settlers too!

Three days of learning about some of the things that make the United States of America a wonderful place to be.

Time for week two of art camp. We will explore different ways to make art, including sculpting, painting, and drawing, and when our hands get tired of creating, we will sing and dance! This camp will encompass both the visual and performing arts.

By popular demand, this camp will allow the participants to learn all about the people who keep our community running. We will have visits from a variety of helpers in our community and learn about what it takes to keep us safe and thriving.

This week will be filled with heroes and villains, magic, and mystery. We will tap into the creative minds of our campers to create a week of fun and fantasy. We will explore literature and folk tales and create a story of our own.

Our last camp will explore the Animal Kingdom. We will learn all about animals from different parts of the world. Get ready to explore with us.
