  • How much is general admission?
    General admission is $10 for children ages one and up and adults. Children under the age of one are free. Admission includes access to all of our exhibits and play areas for the day. We offer a senior and military discount.
  • Can my membership be used for special event tickets?
    Memberships do not cover admission to special events. However, members do receive an exclusive pre-registration discount when purchasing tickets.
  • Can I have a birthday party at BCCM?
    You bet, cher! We’d be tickled to host your big day. Check out our party packages and send in an inquiry — we’ll help make it a celebration to remember.
  • What should I know before booking a birthday party at BCCM?
    Our party packages include private use of a party room, time to explore the museum exhibits, and help from our Birthday Buddy to make sure things run smoothly. We take care of the details so you can enjoy a celebration to remember.
  • Do you offer private rentals?
    Yes! We offer private rentals of the museum for special occasions, group events, client appreciation gatherings, and business celebrations. If you’re interested in hosting your next event with us, please reach out for a personalized quote and rental details.
  • Does BCCM host school or group field trips?
    Yes indeed! We love welcoming students and organizations for a day of learning and fun.
  • How do I book a field trip or group visit?
    Easy, beb — just fill out the request form on our website or give us a call, and we’ll work with you to set the date, activities, and group size.
  • What’s included in a field trip visit?
    Each field trip includes two hours of play and learning throughout the museum exhibits. Groups receive a welcome and orientation from our staff, then enjoy hands-on exploration of our interactive exhibits. Depending on your grade level and booking, we can also provide guided activities or demonstrations to enhance the experience. Every visit is designed to be both fun and meaningful for your students.
  • How do I become a member?
    It’s simple, sha! Just swing by our Membership page, fill out the quick form, and get ready to join the family. Laissez les bons temps rouler — let the good times roll!
  • What are the benefits of being a member?
    Plenty of lagniappe! Unlimited admission for one full year for all named members, discounts on birthday parties, camps and gift shop purchases, access to members-only events and more!
  • How do I receive my membership discount online?
    To receive your discount, log into your account on our website using the email address you used when registering your membership. If you forgot your password, simply click “Forgot Password” to reset it. If you don’t remember which email you used, just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look it up for you.
  • What if my membership isn’t showing up online?
    Sometimes it takes a little time for new memberships to sync online. If you’re still not seeing your discount, contact us and we’ll double-check your account to make sure it’s linked correctly.
  • Do I need to bring my membership card?
    No physical card is required. We can look up your membership by the primary members name at the front desk.
  • Can I buy a membership only for children?
    No. We require that each membership includes at least one adult and one child.
