Cancellation Policy

Birthday Party Guidelines - Payment: Full payment is due at least two weeks before the party date. - Discount: Members who have a current membership will receive a $50 discount. A team member will adjust your balance after booking. - Arrival: You may arrive 15 minutes before your party to set up. We cannot store items before your party starts. - Decorations: Do not hang or tape decorations on walls or ceilings. - Food & Drinks: No food or drinks allowed in the exhibit area. Please keep them in the party rooms. - Cart: A cart will be available to transport your belongings to the party room. - Chaperones: At least one adult chaperone is required for every five children. Chaperones get free admission and are responsible for supervising the children. - Guest Check-In: Guests should check in at the front desk using the birthday child’s name. - Clean-Up: The last 15 minutes are for clean-up. Your Birthday Buddy will handle cleaning, but please remove any personal items and gifts. Be prepared to leave at the end of your scheduled time. Birthday Party Schedule - You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time. - Children play for the first 45 minutes while guests arrive. - After 45 minutes, the Birthday Buddy will call guests back for cake and gifts. If you have Coco, he will join at this time. - After cake and gifts, children return to the exhibit area to play while the Birthday Buddy helps gather your belongings. - The last 15 minutes of the party are dedicated to cleanup. Cancellation Policy - Full payment is due two weeks before the party date. Failure to pay will cancel your reservation. If you cancel within two weeks of the party, the payment is non-refundable.
